Traffic Skills 101
Who: Bike Houston
When: Thursday, July 9th, 2009, 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm, Saturday, July 11th, 2009, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm (Both Required)

Etc.: Cost- $60. A reminder/confirmation email will be sent a couple days before each class.
Description:
Traffic Skills 101 gives cyclists the confidence they need to ride safely and legally in traffic or on the trail. The course covers bicycle safety checks, fixing a flat, on-bike skills and crash avoidance techniques and includes a student manual. Recommended for adults and children above age fourteen, this fast-paced, nine-hour course prepares cyclists for a full understanding of vehicular cycling.
Agenda: Thursday night is all class room discussion/lecture
Saturday will all be on the bike.
What to bring: Thursday you will need paper, pen
Saturday you will need a pen, bike, helmet, water, and lunch, or money for lunch.
Bikes are only required for Saturday.
