Architecture for Humanity Houston is teaming with PechaKucha Houston to put on PechaKucha Night Houston Vol. 5 – Converge | Collaborate | Ignite. It will be a night of art, food, chats, and drinks with presenters whose work engages local Houston communities in an effort to support their social and ecological resilience. Topics of the evening will include work that highlights health design, housing, educational outreach, urban agriculture, ecological impacts and community engagement.
Architecture for Humanity is a global network of architects, designers, and other building professionals working to brings design, construction and development services to communities in need.
PechaKucha Night is a forum that takes place in cities all over the world. It is a mix of show and tell, open mic night, and happy hour. It has become an event for people to share their ideas, explore cultures, and showcase their designs.
